Policies, Information, and General Fees
Little Bit Signs & Designs retains all rights to photograph, display, make samples, and use all designs and product images digitally or in person as samples of previous work completed. Please note that clients will assume responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Little Bit Signs will not be held liable.
Payments
Payments are due at the time you place your order.

Turn Around Time
The time to complete an order can vary from 2 days to 3 weeks.

File Holding Fee
If you have purchased files from me in the past and need them resent to you there is a minimum fee of $10. Files more than 2 years old are not kept.

Graphic Design
Rate of $50/hour. Non-refundable deposit is required to start on your design. The amount will be based on the information you provide. See more details below.

Logo Design
$100 (BASIC) minimums paid in full prior to me starting any design work ($350+ if you plan on trademarking). Included with this price are 2 designs. You can make 2 minor changes to one of the designs. Minor changes include color, font style, or sizes of elements. It does not include scraping the whole design for something new.

If more than 2 small changes are needed, please refer to the Graphic Design charge. Extra design charges will be paid in full prior to files being emailed to you. All samples will include my watermark which will be removed upon completion of the project.

A zip file will be emailed to you with the following files types: EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG. Keep track of your files as there is a $10 charge to resend files (see File Holding Fee). The more information you provide at the beginning of the job, the better we will be able to work together. All communication will be done through email or in person.

T-Shirt Design
$30 non-refundable deposit is required prior to the design being started. This deposit will allow up to 2 small changes and 1 mockup. Small changes include color, font style, or sizes of elements. It does not include scraping the whole design for something new.
Additional mockups are $10 each.
When placing an order of 20+ items, the $30 non-refundable deposit will be applied as a payment towards the total balance. The additional mockup price will not be applied towards the total. RETURNS
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. All orders are custom made once the order is placed. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.
